It arrived intact, which was what I was more worried about. It smells pleasantly of wood, and I didn't notice any imperfections :)
It arrived well-packaged. There is a slight rustling sound compared to the old reel, which was quiet. I hope this is because it's new and will settle down after a few days. Haven't tested it yet, need to disinfect it first.
It seems good, it arrived not very stable or well assembled, but then my husband found a solution, which is why I'm giving one less star. Our 3-month-old hamster is not yet used to getting in and out of it; she studies for four steps, then comes down again and climbs back up, but I hope she'll like it and get used to it over time. Otherwise, I recommend the product and the store.
"Good value for money" It perfectly fulfills its function for a fraction of the price of local stores. It is lightweight and can be attached to the bars or used with its stand. If it makes a little noise, a drop of cooking oil on the shaft will fix it. For the price it has, you can't ask for more.
My hamster loves playing with it and has fun.
The surface is a bit rough, so I worked hard on sanding it~!! It's noiseless, so it's good even if you use it a lot!!

Excellent wheel for a hamster. We have a large hamster (15 centimeters) - so we ordered a wheel with a diameter of 25 cm. He feels very comfortable running because in a smaller size he couldn't move. I was very pleased that it is truly silent and of good quality. It was delivered on time. Thank you
