Very happy with these. I bought the two largest sizes and I have used one to make a large batch of bread (1200gr flour). The bowl is light, which is handy when working with the dough. I washed the bowl with steel wool and I couldn’t notice undesirable scratches. The steel is thin so I expect the bowl will get dents with heavy usage, but that’s just normal wear and tear.
