Excellent quality. Way Better than expected. One important thing to consider is that the product is made for Asian people, who usually tend to have lower body fat without even starting to exercise. Having that in mind, I got larger clothing (relative to my height). I'm 1.75m, got for 1.80m and I can't say I'm muscular and definitely not fat. For my surprise, it still ended up fitting way close to workout with comfort. If you're about my size, and think about gaining muscle, I'll suggest AT LEAST two sizes larger comparing to your height. For now, I'll take this beautiful product as a challenge to fit in .
