It fits the description. It came very fast and with good packing. Includes cleaning bag and cloth bag to keep it. It works properly (the skin has to be clean and wet). For my taste even at minimal power it's a little annoying, but that depends on each one's sensitivity. I 've used it a couple of times and I can't say the results, but at home they say the skin looks smoother. In a few weeks I will attach more comments. I haven't had to contact the store since it hasn't been necessary.
I got the product but it comes defective, I turned it on but it does nothing, it's but have a solution, thank you.

I was waiting for this thing and I'm glad that I ordered it! Got it this morning, put it on charge, charged for about an hour. The instrument was packed in a Duper and air bag, came in integrity. Includes a storage case, flannel cloth, charging cord (without base) and English instruction. Sorry, did not take a photo before the procedure (decided to do the first time on average power), but I took a photo after I took one side, and then both.
